According to TMZ, Michael Lohan was arrested again for an incident regarding ex-girlfriend Erin Muller.
Why? According to Muller’s attorney Bryan Konoski, Lohan allegedly called her at work on January 21, which is a violation of her restraining (or protection) order against him, TMZ reported.
Nassau County Police Department arrested and booked Lohan for criminal contempt, TMZ said.
This isn’t the first time. Lohan was arrested “briefly” back in December for the same thing.
If this sounds familiar … Michael was arrested back in December for the exact same thing – calling her.
More than likely, he was in and out of the police station pretty fast.
Lohan is due in court on Feb. 25. If he can avoid contact with her, maybe he can avoid more drama in the future! (I forgot: Michael Lohan enjoys drama!)
