Michael Strahan Willing to Date Jessica Simpson

This is sort of an odd story but I think it must reflect football veteran and New York Giants star Michael Strahan‘s particular personality. 

In response to criticisms piling on about Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson taking a brief weekend vacation in Mexico, Strahan rushed to their defense.  The recently divorced player was quoted as saying this during a recent news conference:

You guys love to say, `Oh, he is coming off the beach and he is dating Jessica Simpson’ … please!  Heck, if Jessica Simpson wanted to date me, I may give her a shot.

Sorry Michael but I think our girl Jessica is taken.  You can say one thing for sure about him, he’s sure a whole lot nicer than this guy.
