Mike Alexander, Jessica Simpson's friend since 8th grade

We reported yesterday that Jessica Simpson is being worked to the bone by her personal trainer Mike Alexander. Well now it looks like Jess is being worked to the bone not by her personal trainer, but by her lifelong friend as well.

According to a recent Tweet from Jess, she has known Mike (@madfit) since the 8th grade. She said:

Everyone follow @madfit he has been one of my friends since I was in 8th grade. He has trained me so much thru the years. Dukes Of Hazzard!!
