What an adorable video of Miley Ray Cyrus and her dad Billy Ray out on the side of the street rescuing a little white pup. They discovered the dog close to their L.A. home. Thankfully the lucky (and star struck I’m sure) pooch has a collar on and was later reunited with its owner.
