Miley Cyrus has been spotted wearing a diabetes alert dog tag and of course speculation was flying that she and Nick Jonas might still be together (since Nick has diabetes). Fear not, the duo are just still friends and Miley says that she is trying to show support for Nick.
The teen sensation was snapped wearing the tag around her neck which is used to carry information about sufferers to help inform emergency services of their condition.
A source says: “She wants to use her fame to bring attention to the fight against the condition.”
