Miley Cyrus isn’t taking any chances with her stalked Mark McLeod. The Disney star has been granted a temporary restraining order against the 53 year old man.
The documents say that the man "shall not harass, threaten, molest, contact or attempt to contact, or in any other manner interfere with Cyrus, any member of her family, her friends, and fellow employees."
McLeod was seen in court this past Wednesday and was issued the restraining order, and had his bond set at $50,000.
Let’s hope this man is behind bars for awhile.
