Miley Cyrus looks adorable in a short dress and chunky necklace as she poses on the red carpet at the Hannah Montana: The Movie premiere in Madrid, Spain on Tuesday evening.

Miley posted a picture of her dress on Twitter prior to the event, and says “spain has the cutest boys ever! <3 im moving here j/k j/k”

She’s also having a discussion with Perez Hilton about gay marriage!
