On February 10th make sure to check out the special two-hour edition of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Miley Cyrus makes a surprise guest appearance!! The family that received the house makeover was sent on a vacation that included a stop in San Diego. They headed to the Miley Cyrus concert and received a surprise meeting with Miley and the Jonas Brothers!
The show airs on February 10th on ABC at 8/7c.
