Miley Cyrus is getting criticized for dressing older than her age. It seems that Heidi Klum’s fashion guru Tim Gunn (host of Project Runway) insists that she dresses too “tarty”!!
Tim tells OK! Magazine, “Forgive me. She’s just a little too tart. I don’t want her to look like she’s going into a convent school. But it’s just a little too much for a 15-year-old. If I didn’t know better, I’d swear she was 25.”
Oh and I got this to support that Miley doesn’t dress “tardy”.

i love miley’s clothes and she does not dress older than she is at all. and as for her dressing too ‘tarty’, WTF? i dont think so. people are just looking for new ways to critize her now, it’s pathetic. hopefully she’ll just ignore what that guy said.
