Taylor got a nomination for Best Female Video for You Belong With Me and Miley for Best Editing for 7 Things.
Taylor is up against Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Kelly Clarkson and Katy Perry. Miley is competing with Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Coldplay, and Lady Gaga.
The awards ceremony will be held in NYC on Sept 13 and Taylor is also set to perform at the Awards show.
