You would think that Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus would not be short on friends. Being famous is not all it’s cracked up to be from what she says.
“Some people think you have more privileges than other teenagers because of what you do,” Miley explains. “And that’s not it at all. It’s actually the opposite.”
I’ve always heard both Miley and her dad Billy Ray say that her mom is the strict one. Her dad likes to play the friend roll and he lets Miley’s mom be the one to make her do her homework and clean up after herself. It sounds like her mom is pretty strict when it comes to who Miley surrounds herself with.
“You want to keep your closed circle of friends,” Miley says. “And sometimes my mom is saying, ‘I have a bad vibe about this person. She needs to hang out with you when I’m around just to keep you safe.’”
I can completely understand her mom being so protective. When your child is a huge star, how do you know who is real and who is just using her for her fame. Miley tells OK!, “I need more friends. Its kind of like my quest right now just to have more true friends.”

I’m glad to hear Miley Cyrus’ mom is being protective, even with the subject of new friends. Obviously celebrity kids are at a risk for getting involved with people that want them for their fame instead of for themselves. We’re not going to see Miley getting pregnant before she’s an adult!
na her moms triping miley’s a big girl and just needs a friends that just like her out going like to have fun loves acting dancing cheerleading almost like me but am normal so that will never happen to bad => –lil kay–
