Update: Miley’s rep says: “Complete fabrication” as “Miley wasn’t even in LA on 12/28, she was in New York performing.
Original: Miley Cyrus is starting to go diva… she just tried to return a $14,000 diamond heart necklace given to her by record label, Walt Disney Records, as a Christmas gift for outstanding sales!
I’m not sure that she should have been trying to return it… but according to Star magazine, Miley stopped by high-end jewelry store Chopard on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills on December 28. An eyewitness revealed:
“Miley was complaining about how she thought her label would have bought her something bigger and more expensive. And when Chopard wouldn’t take back the necklace, Miley left the store in a huff.”
Maybe she should sell it on eBay!

This is a fabricated Story. A quick search on the Internet and you will see that on 12/28/07, Miley Cyrus was in Long Island, NY… Not Beverly Hills, CA. It is physically impossible to fly across country and perform like this, especially for a teen.

well…i guess people are just dumb enough to believe ever-e thing they hear. umm hello wake up…miley is from tennessee…they dont really have much there and if somethin cost $14,000 and i didnt like it i would return it too…if u dnt like it ur nevr gonna wear it which is putting $14,000 dollars to waste. and since she is a pimp she can do that shit…u act like no other celebrity has evr returned things that were expensive. p-diddy returned an $500,000 car and u didnt he hear about him on the internet…people just hatein on miley…not that im a fan but leave her alone…and dont lie if u didnt like it u would return it too.
