Miley Cyrus grabbed some lunch at a Chinese restaurant with her half-sister Brandi and BFF Mandy Jiroux.
After lunch, the girls headed to a nail salon, bought a flower and hit up Trader Joe’s. Click below to see Miley’s fashion statement. She wore ripped black jeans and those blue moccasins.
The next day, Miley performed at the Kids’ Inaugural Concert and she did a fabulous job!

She’s kinda backed away fromt he whole disney good girl thing now. Like after the Niley thing it like she completely changed. It’s kinda weird seeing her going arround more like and adult then a child star.
