Before heading off to New York for her Today Show appearance and concert, Miley was seen out and about in Los Angeles Thursday (August 27).
The pop star wore a black tank, jeans, gray cardigan and those rockin’ boots we’ve seen her wear for a few days now.
Miley is very excited about her EP, The Time Of Our Lives
