I’m sorry guys, but I always thought that Million Dollar Listing was a show that only a handful of real-estate junkies and the writers at The Soup watched. Apparently, lots of people love the show; its season premiere last night was its highest rated ever.
The show, which follows “million dollar” agents Madison, Josh and Chad Rogers, attempted to show us what the horrendous economy has done to their respective businesses. In the following clip, Madison has to tell a client to lower the asking price for home by $600, 000. She does not take it well.
We watch the show! But then again, we might be considered real estate junkies too!
