Miranda Cosgrove “Raining Sunshine” – Music Video

Nickelodeon teen singer and actress, Miranda Cosgrove has just recently released the music video for her song “Raining Sunshine.” The iCarly star’s song is being used on the soundtrack for the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs.

Cosgrove gushed of shooting the music video, "Doing this video was just a lot of fun. Getting to listen to music all day and getting to sing a song and dance around, I don’t get to do that on ‘iCarly’ very much!"

Senior Vice President of Nickelodeon, Doug Cohn described the video as "energetic and colorful." He then said, "Fans will love seeing another side of their favorite Nickelodeon star as she performs her new song ‘Raining Sunshine.’"

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is a family movie about a town that has food falling from the sky. Sounds like Heaven…Anyways, it’s got a bunch of great stars lending their voices to the cartoon including Anna Farris, Bill Hader and Andy Samberg. The soundtrack release date has not been confirmed but you can check out the film in theatres on September 18th.
