Mischa Barton was spotted at the 2009 Whitney Museum Gala at The Whitney Museum of American Art Monday in New York City.

I’m so excited to see Mischa at a red carpet event and especially excited to see her looking so good!

Mischa was wearing a gorgeous floor-length dark blue gown with a sexy split in the back. Wonder who designed the dress?
