Mischa Barton looked very happy with her purchases after a shopping trip at the Alviero Martini clothes store in the very fashion caital of Italy: Milan. She was later seen wearing what she bought, or more likely was given, to the Alviero Martini fashion show as part of Milan Fashion Week.
