Mischa Barton attended the Billabong Second Annual Design for Humanity event which was held to benefit the Surfrider Foundation. The Surfrider Foundation is an environmental non-profit that is "dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world’s oceans, waves and beaches for all people, through conservation, activism, research and education."

The Design for Humanity event was held on June 4, 2008 at Avalon in Hollywood. The benefit event included an art show, runway show and live concert by MGMT. More photos after the jump…

BRING BACK RACHEL ZOE!!!!!! I have a sneaking suspicion that it was Rachel Zoe’s influence which made Mischa a style icon in the first place, coz since she’s been out of the picture, Mischa has been dressing like a stoned 80 year old hippie…

She really needs to start working out NOW. Her legs look terrible. She can pretty much kiss her modelling career goodbye, if she doens’t start watching her weight.
The weight gain imo indicates a general lack of discipline. Too lazy to work out and lots of bad habits (smoking, drinking.) She needs to shape up.

i don’t get her, her AWSOME style has changed to this weirdo looking style(if you can even call it STYLE). And she has gained some weight, and i first thought that it was a good thing, but after i saw the pics of her cellulite i was shocked. I really miss the old Mischa, who had a great style and who didin’t skip her OWN movie premiere. She was my biggest idol when she was on The O.C, but like some of said, she’s definitely NOT ANYMORE.
that’s just sad. She really looks very very bad, and I think she’s not aware of this.
