She’s back, folks! Mischa Barton may have been rocking some great outfits during London Fashion Week, but she ended with a bit of a disaster. But Mischa Barton has gone above and beyond with this one – check out Mischa photographed on the red carpet of the FABFIVE Vanity Fair Party in Milan, Italy.
