In the video below, Mischa Barton was shown on October 6th out shopping, and being approached by a homeless person for money. She said “No”, and “Sorry”, but is pursued for quite some time:
We can’t fault her for saying “No” however. It’s never easy to be approached for money, especially when you’re a celebrity being followed by who knows how many paparazzi. Just not the ideal way to be charitable.
The woman may have needed some money, but I didn’t see or hear anything that validated the fact that she was a “homeless” person. I think that Mischa acted appropriately.
