Mischa Barton’s Spring 2008 campaign with Keds, called "Be True", has gone live on their website. Here is the second of two video advertisements, the first of which can be seen here (or on the Keds site here). Unlike the first video, which featured a voiceover by Mischa Barton, this one is more photographic and pauses only to insert a few written statements. I think this one is my favorite of the two – especially with all the Ziggy moments.

You want balance and you want to shake things up. You want to live in the moment and you want to be ahead of your time. You want to be perfect and you want to learn from your mistakes. You want classic glamour and you want modern chic. Keds. Be true.
The text is very resonant with what Mischa Barton is going through now. Although it probably was not intended to have reference to Mischa’s recent arrest, if read within that context it rings perfectly true with Mischa’s acceptance of her own fault and her determination never to make the same mistake again.
