Mischa Barton launched a new handbag label for R12K and NICA in London on Tuesday — looking awesome for a promotional appearance at the Soho Hotel in London, England today.
Everything about Mischa in these photos rocks – her hair (love the color and her bangs), her makeup, her outfit, her heels. Does her hair look shorter to you or do you think it’s wrapped up in her outfit?

I think her hair is wrapped under the scarves. Let me just say, Mischa looks perfect here! I love her bangs too. I’d say perhaps tone down a bit on the number of scarves, but wow.
