okay lets get this straight….im irish by the way……her father was born in galway…which is a county in ireland(a county is like a state in america)….lohan is an irish name and sullivan is definetly irish….there are o sullivans all over ireland…its one of the most common surnames in ireland!!!!!!so her dads surname is irish he was born here and her mums surname is irish so both more than likely have irish blood in them…..dunno about the italien i think its her paternal grandmother!!!

How dumb are you people? THinking that Lohan is an Italian name? It’s totally Irish and her mom’s maiden name was sullivan. sounds irish. she may have a drop of italian blood, but Puh/leese. Lohan an italian name? where are you people from IOWA???
