Mischa Barton has set up house in Paris, France. Partly because the paparazzi let her alone much more there, but also for "no reason" – just because. Mischa says "I’ve just always wanted to move there. I’m enjoying some time off."
But being in Paris also made it a lot easier for Mischa Barton to come down to Cannes. She’s been coming to France since she was 12, so she knows the deal and can sink into the Riviera vibe quite easily. So far, Mischa admits it’s been too much fun and she hopes it calms down.

I really don’t know why Mischa is running round telling every publication in sight that she’s now living in Paris, if such a huge part of the move was its lack of paparazzi. It’s like she’s screaming to the Parisien paparazzi “I’m here!! Come and snap me – pleasssssse!!”.
Aside from that, she looks really stunning here!

yeah Mischa is really pretty… I still hope she comes to U.S…. I sure she gonna have too, since u boy Taylor is from LA!!! She is so pretty & I love the dress!
