Oy, I noticed this in the movie and then completely forgot about it when I left the theater! For those of you who may have seen 27 Dresses, the chick flick starring Kathering Heigl of Grey’s Anatomy, you may have noticed that a Keds ad featuring Mischa Barton pops up in the paper that the main character is reading!
