Models of the Runway 2: Season Premiere Recap

Just like Project Runway, last night was the premiere of Models of the Runway. The series covers the behind-the-scenes happenings for the models that walk the runway for the Project Runway designers. Of course, we’ve always known that the models were competing too, but now we get to know them a bit and see what they go through.

Holly was Emilio’s model and was told that not only did she wear the winning garment; she was the best model for this episode. But since Christiane was sent home, Kelly was worried about being eliminated.

When the models moved into their apartment, we got to see their personalities a bit. Sophia seems like a bit of a diva and wants all of the others to be extremely orderly and tidy…I have a feeling she will be involved in drama because of this.

Brandise has the most modeling experience and had a bit of an attitude when the models were sent to work with a runway coach. And we have a glimpse of who will be this season’s bad girl…Alexis. She even announced to the others that she wants them to all go home. (Not a great strategy…)

As always, the remaining designers chose their models and every single one stayed with their original models. That meant that Kelly was eliminated.
