Lindsay Lohan is being featured on The Insider, talking to Style Network’s reality show Clean House host Niecy Nash about her possessions taking over her house!
“The biggest problem is that I have a lot of stuff,” Lohan tells The Insider in a two-part interview airing Thursday and Friday. “I finally have most of it in one place.”
I haven’t caught the interview yet, but Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan did talk to People.com about Lindsay’s problem.
Although her home is relatively new, Lindsay says the clutter has been in her life “a long time – too long.”
“This is my home,” Lindsay told The Insider. “I just want to be much more serene in here and clear.”
Dina told PEOPLE that getting help from closet organizer to the stars Linda Koopersmith will help Lindsay move forward.
“She’s growing up and she’s been though a lot,” Dina said. “She’s trying to move forward.”
Interestingly enough, Dina said in the interview her daughter has been working hard — including executive producing a TV talk show — and she hasn’t had time to go through the clutter that is taking over her house.
“We’re donating a lot of it to charity. Some of it will go on our Web site lohanhouse.com,” Dina Lohan told PEOPLE.
Dina said the problem isn’t just Lindsay buying too much stuff.
“It’s not just stuff that she bought,” Dina told PEOPLE. “A lot if it is gifted so it’s not necessarily stuff she buys. Like, a company will send five pairs of jeans. So we’re going to donate items like that.”
Dina also dropped the news that she has a new reality TV show in the works and is producing a feature film.
But back to the overwhelming piles of designer clothing and shoes taking over Lindsay’s apartment, which she moved to after the burglary of her Hollywood Hills home.
“If everything is in its place then I will be able to breathe,” Lindsay told the Insider.

The big problem is lindsay is maniac shopping. Long time ago i was helping my cousin. She was fotomodel and have been problem with all her stuff. Not only one day put on the place and take your passion. Lindsay needs help from family or somebody she can trust to do. Good luck for you linds :)
