Yesterday, I posted a whole slew of new Grey’s Anatomy spoilers, but Mark and Lexie were notably absent from the report. Thankfully, Ausiello has some news as to what’s happening next with the couple.
In addition, he tells us a bit about what’s going on with Katherine Heigl. Is she leaving the show? Is she not leaving the show?

For those of you wondering what’s going on with Mark and Lexie, Ausiello has revealed the following in his latest Ask Ausiello column:
“In tomorrow’s episode, Mark confesses his love for Lexie, but I’m attaching three asterisks to this spoiler. Asterisk 1: It’s actually Derek he tells. Asterisk 2: He doesn’t say it as much as he implies it. Asterisk 3: Izzie *** **** ******!”
I can’t wait to find out what Izzie has to do with it. Any idea what those blanks mean? Stick your guesses in the comments!
Are you excited about Mark admitting he’s in lurve with Lexie? I’m amazed he’d admit it already.
Moving on to Katherine Heigl. Rumors of her departure seem to have been strongly exaggerated, according to Ausiello, who tells us that though rumors continue to pop up about the actress sliding out of her contract, sources from within strongly deny that this is true.
“The source insists that Shonda Rhimes has already mapped out the final episodes of the season and nothing in them points to an imminent Izzie exit. Well, except for that whole ****** thing.”
Damn those asterisks!
We’re one day away from the beginning of the Big Grey’s Anatomy/Private Practice Crossover Event. It all starts Thursday Feb 5, at 9/8c on ABC.

sooo excited for mark and lexie, i think this will be a great and interesting couple. i also like callie and mark but i think they are better off as friends.i mean think about it, now that grey and yang are fighting .. how many honest friendships are left on the show?? cant wait to see where this goes! =)
I thought Yang and Grey made up at the end of last new episode… or it was implied when Derek drove Mer to Christina’s. Maybe I read to much into that interaction between them. Oh well..
To fill in the Asterisk 3: I think it is… Izzie HAS TOLD GEORGE! You know told him about her being sick. I don’t know…. that’s the only thing I could come up with….

she has stage 4 metastatic melaona…wich had split to her brain liver and skin….only 5% chance of living!…I hope she survives!
