Let us all breathe a heavy sigh of relief and excitement at the prospect of happy MerDer scenes to come. Well, I don’t know about happy. But definitely more MerDer is on the horizon and though the couple has had its fair share of drama since day one, I do think they’re headed to a happy place eventually.
“I want to be clear that Derek loves Meredith,” Rhimes told TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello. “Derek loves Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] more than anything and I can’t imagine Derek going anyplace else other than Meredith.”
And on Izzie and George?
“A lot of people aren’t sold on Izzie and George,” Rhimes told Ausiello. “I think the mistake that everyone makes is that we are telling you Izzie and George are the love story of the century; they’re not the love story of the century. And when other people find out about Izzie and George — remember, people don’t know about them yet — other people might think that’s not a good idea either.”
I’m okay with Gizzie, but the fact that George is cheating on Callie makes the entire thing wrong. Let’s hope the whole mess gets sorted nicely next season and we can move on to happy times.
I’m really looking forward to next season. Only one more week to go.

yes more meredith and derek cnt wait!! hopefully itll turn out well and shonda rhimes is eluding to the fact that it will so i cant wait. YAY FOR NEXT THURSDAY

I cant express how much I want to see Meredith and Derek Have the happily ever after That Cristina and Burke never had. I miss Burke and Cristina. I think that Cristina needs to step in and give Meredith the advice to go for it with Derek. In the First episode it was way obvious she knows she messed up. She could have had it all. Let her pass the knowledge to Meredith once she opens up about it all hopefully Derek and Meredith will mesh together indefinatley… I will be a big mistake if they end up with other people.

Yes, love to have more merderrrr.. Next season. I hope they will have happy ending. Also wants to see the relationship of lexie and mark they both cute. I always like that derek’s true love was meredith, no matter what happened.
