Whoever is theorizing better look at the candids for the past several months and years because KH is one of the very few castmembers that socializes with everyone. I don't think Ausiello's trying to tell us anything because he just loves to take pot shots on Katherine Heigl. It gives him automatic hits to his websites since she is one of the more searched actresses on the net these days. He could have used that spot for a show where he actually had spoilers to, but he loves to be an ass to make snark remarks.
