The other day I wrote about Angelina Jolie’s UN trip to Syria, and how she was accompanied by Brad Pitt. At the time I posted I didn’t have access to any photos of the trip but over the past couple of days more photos have come out that I can share with you.
I think these are my favorite photos of Angelina, when she’s working with the UNHCR. Of course I also love to see her on set, on the red carpet, and out with her family, but there’s just something about seeing her working with refugees that makes me happy. She looks beautiful. I mean, she always looks beautiful. But she looks the most beautiful, i think, when shes doing something shes passionate about. Her face shows so much of how shes feeling. I prefer to see angelina either with her children or doing her humanitarian work. She is such a wonderful person.

Angelina is so beautiful both inside and out. She and Brad are so amazing and have such compassionate hearts. Seeing their humanitarian work helps me realize how fortunate and blessed we are. God Bless the Jolie-Pitts.

Love these photos, Sherry, I agree with you, my fav pictures of Angie are when she’s doing the humanitarian work, there’s a special glow on her and she looks so genuinely involved and caring.

Love these pics. They show how involved both Brad and Angie are in humanitarian work. Angie truly is interested in these peoples´ lives. She looks like an angel wearing that beautiful white dress. I hate when some haters say that she´s doing this work as a goodwill ambassador as a publicity stunt. She´s not. She genuinely cares about these people. And so does Brad. I´m so proud to be their fan. And they´re raising their children to be good human beings and that makes me even prouder of them. Hopefully their children will continue their parents´s work as great humanitarians one day!

I love Angelina so much, the compassion she has and the love for her Humanitarian work show in everything that she does. When she speaks about her travels, one can hear the love and the pain of all that she has experience doing this. It is also good to see Brad accompany her on these trips and the fact that she’s getting her kids to travel and see how other less fortunate lives. Angelina keep doing what you do, we love you for the person you are.

Sherry, I was hoping to send this to you first and you can decide if you want to post it, but I don’t know how to contact you.
I came across this amazing 5-minute video of a 12(13?) year old girl from Vancouver who addressed the UN… and I kept thinking this child is the voice of all those disadvantaged children who Angelina fights for. Moreover, this child is also the voice calling for action from those of us here in industrialized countries who can do something.
I thought you’d find this worthwile, as it’s in line with Angelina’s cause. More than that, her message is real and urgent, and we need to heed it.
