When I got home today, there was a notice from the post office telling me I had a package! When I got there, I discovered it was the copy of Influence I ordered months and months ago! I got the Ashley cover, but the invoice said Mary-Kate. They are selling copies of both MK and Ashley on the cover, but if you order it online, you don’t get to choose.
I haven’t read it yet, but the reviews have been stellar. I’m super-excited to read the interviews–MK and Ashley poured their hearts into this book and deserve all the success it will bring them.
Has anyone else gotten their copy yet? What do you think?

Nope! The receipt even said Mary-Kate cover. But I find the girls looked super alike on these covers.
thats the Ashley Cover. depending on which cover you got, there name is listed first. I have 2 copies b/c me and me sister went to the signing this morning. it literally was like 5 seconds, i love them and still love them but it would have been nice if they at least made eye contact. the line went by very fast, even maybe too fast. maybe 200 people showed up and it was over in about at hour. we were given a list of rules (weird). no talking, and no pictures. to be exact rule 1. Mk and Ash will be with us for a limited time. They will only be signing copies of their book. Influence. They will not be speaking, reading or taking questions. … a bit much i think. The book is cool and thats all that matters in the end.
It’ll be nice to read some excerpts. I’m still saving up for my copy.
Mine will be here in a few hours, and I can hardly wait to read it
I love books, so I’m always waiting for some book.

It’s deffo an Ashley cover because she said herself on one of the recent TV press interviews (was it oprah maybe?) that the first name that appears on the cover is the girl in the picture….

mary-kate’s has her name written first and ‘influence’ written in orange. definitely not an MK cover! :p
I see how you guys can be confused, but if you look at both covers- its OBVIOUS that this is the MK one. Personally I dont think they look the same at all, havent since they were 17.

im so sick of this argument.this is ashley! it wouldnt make sense if they put the ashley’s name first on this for no reason.1000000 % percent that this is ashleys cover.and who gives a f*ck anyway! its just a paper cover of the book so if that gets lost then i wouldnt matter which one you have.

It is the Ashley cover. I’ve seen enough evidence to know it is. But my invoice from amazon said it was the Mary-Kate cover and I just figured amazon knew what they were doing!
