NBC Brings a Game to the Medium Web Site!

NUP_134822_0354

Okay, it is just a trivia game, but I don’t care. It is an actual game! On the NBC Medium website! A game! Hoorah! It doesn’t seem to change the questions out for new ones, but they’re decent questions. (I played twice and got the same questions in the same order.)

And in a slightly…I don’t know…Weird? way, you can also get a free psychic reading through an Astrology.com page on the site. I guess it just seems infomercialish? Maybe it is just me, though. Do you think it is a little weird, too?

It’s about time that NBC did something with the Medium page. Remember how they used to have Joe’s Diary? And the music from each season listed? Whatever happened to that? I liked that. This trivia thing is kind of lame, though, because the questions never change. It needs to be more interactive, with questions changing and rotating degrees of difficulty based on the players’ knowledge. This one is kind of boring. And has anyone else noticed that they don’t have the Two-Minute Replays anymore? They’ve gone back to the old way of using still photos with written recaps (which I won’t comment on). Is this because the network just doesn’t give a crap about the show, or are they just too cheap to pay for the video rewinds anymore?

Wake up, NBC! Give this show some respect (and its fans!)
