NCIS: Los Angeles — a spinoff of the popular NCIS has seen amazing ratings since kicking off this fall on CBS.
According to Nielsen ratings for the week of Oct. 12-18, the original NCIS was the top rated show of the week bringing in 21.04 million viewers. NCIS: Los Angeles was rated No. 4 bringing in 15.38 million viewers, only behind NFL Sunday Night Football and Dancing with the Stars.
The only other new show this season to make the top 20 was The Good Wife, which airs after NCIS: Los Angeles, ranked No. 17 with 12.98 million viewers. This has been pretty typical this season for NCIS: Los Angeles, which stars LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell, and The Good Wife, which stars Juliana Marguiles.
Here is the episode description for tonight’s episode of NCIS: Los Angeles, “Killshot”: A defense contractor is killed, and the team fears that his classified-software secrets are lost until they find a suspect, whom they also discover is connected to Vance’s past.
