Netflix – online movie rental extraordinaire – has teamed up with our beloved ABC to bring the network’s more popular TV series to a computer near you. Thanks to the deal, shows like Grey’s Anatomy, Lost and Desperate Housewives will magically stream over your Internet connection, making available past seasons of each.
In terms of Grey’s Anatomy, the deal has made season five available for streaming, though it’s unsure when it will make its official appearance. According to the deal, beginning in September more of the series will become available, though Lost is already up and running as of August 1.

It’s likely that further deals between Netflix and ABC will be made available, hopefully releasing further seasons of Grey’s, but for now this presents another option for people wanting to catch up online.
