New Angelina Jolie St. John Ad

Angelina Jolie for St John

There’s another new St. John ad out with Angelina Jolie lying on the grass in a beautiful dress. I think the St. John campaign has some of the best photographers out there, because they really have an eye for setting up awesome shots and making a gorgeous woman look even more spectacular.

These ads make me want to go shopping for somthing pretty, how about you?

So I guess Karen Elson, iconic redhead, is the sherbet of models. At the end of the day…do you own a St. John anything? My sister Rita from New Jersey does. But that’s because this particular jacket has a bit of a boucle, Chanel-ish vibe-ish. See pics at IMeanWhat.com- http://bit.ly/90oS38

The average woman doesn’t go out and buy tunics and tops for $400., and I think I said the suits USUALLY start at around $1,000.00, therefore I don’t know why the response to “those that think they know everything”? Why the snide comment?

  10. By lori

Well Christine, you got a good deal then didn’t you?

fyi to those who thinks they know everything! i have a midnite blue tunic st john’s suit i bought for $759 and a floral silk top for $399. i bought it here in cali at the Glendale Galleria Nordstrom!

Lana, St. John suits usually start at $1,000.00. Many Business women wear them, as do Hillary Clinton, Condi Rice and many women in high profile positions. The clothes are conservative, not flashy and are very expensive. Angie would not wear the style in her everyday life, although I did see her with the gray sweater on several times.

She is a top notch actress, the look on her face is so angelic and innocent, her skin is flawless.

Is it true that they actually fired her? And, if so, why would they do that, I had never even heard of St John, until, Angelina.

Tee, thanks for the links. I finally watched Brad’s speech from the CGI. I watched Ange’s Yesterday, they are so dedicated & compassionate to their cause. Brad made some jokes & it makes the audience laugh. Today at Extra the interviewer asked Clinton how about Brad play him in the movie & Clinton answered, Brad is way too good looking to play me in the movie. They even showed Ange shaking hands with Pres. Clinton.

Brad & Angie have been participating at the Clinton Global Initiative (but I’m sure all you fans know that!!)
Yesterday, Brad spoke at the Luncheon on Energy & Climate Change – http://video.clintonglobalinitiative.org/health_cast/player_cgi2007_nointro.cfm?id=3495
He starts to talk at about minute 40.
Angie was a part of the panel for Promise of Education in Conflict

Click on “Nicholas Kristof” who is the moderator. The panel discussion is 45 mins long.
I love these people, they are so generous and giving. Please follow their lead and do your part where you can.

Cheryl, is the Cosmo mag out? I would love to read the interview if she has one. She is always as stunning & as classy lady. Proud of Ange & Brad.

And Cindy no I have not noticed that. I see an advertisement for clothes. If she is and that is the image the clothing company is aiming for good for her. Not an area or comment I spend much time thinking about.
