There’s another new St. John ad out with Angelina Jolie lying on the grass in a beautiful dress. I think the St. John campaign has some of the best photographers out there, because they really have an eye for setting up awesome shots and making a gorgeous woman look even more spectacular.
These ads make me want to go shopping for somthing pretty, how about you?

A prevous poster made the point that al lot of her commercial photos are in fact WORK! Ms. Jolie was a model before becoming an actress and it is stil a very lucreative part of her portfolio.
Print and film work are “eye candy” IMO. The thing that really pulls me in are glimpses of her personal journey. I’d like to share one view of that if you don’t mind:

EVERYONE grows or it stagnates and dies. We, admirers of Ms. Jolie and her beautiful family (yes, Brad also) see in her life a journey we can relate to: either because wetoo are in transition or because we too have come a far way from the person(s) that we were. Nothing wrong with that, it is in fact NORMAL.
Thanks Sherry, she is a great fashion model and role model to our young women. Her wild days are behind her and Brad must be very proud of her now.
whatever she wears, she is always beautiful! i’ve posted here before that angie without make up is still beautiful [per my co-worker who saw her at a grocery store]also my friends who met her in person [premier noc.of oceans 13 in hollywood]said that she wore very light make up and she and brad were very humble and accomodating to the fans! both are beautiful in and out! LOVEBRANGELINAFOREVER!
Guys just finished watching Ange speaks at Clinton Global Initiative conference, you should see the link & Ange was eloquent, the story she told about this 8 year old boy helping this old man that this 8 year old met on the street was so moving, she was teary eyed while telling the story. I admire Ange & Brad more because of what they have accomplished as a couple. They have big heart to help others. Amazing, amazing couple. We need more like them in this world. God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.
Charlie: People changed, Ange did for a much better person as she is today. She used to be a rebel & etc. but look at her now. She matured, became a mother, a humanitarian & the most beautiful person in & out. She is a different person as when she was still young. Brad must be so proud of her. As I am as a fan so proud of her too. Love the Jolie-Pitt’s.

Charlie, thanks for that humble prespective. I totally take it with a grain of salt. Unlike diana1968 here who seems to think that insights from another’s standpoint of view is not allowed. Taking from your comments and postings on “Reaction to AJJ;” diana1968, first of all, learn to spell and properly make sense of your main arguments. Secondly, I only meant to say that Angie has changed over the years for the positive. I do not think that I am wrong saying “YES, Angie has matured into a very eligant lovely mother and career woman.” She certainly breaks the myths that woman can’t have both. Lastly, I was just trying to point out the commonalities her career, beauty, fame, and humanitarian efforts for children are almost if not the same as Audrey Hepburn. Slain me for having a different prespective, but overall Angie is wonderful.
thank you charlie,because i certainly did not want to respond and get into another cyber confrontation. it is amazing the things angie is criticsized for. just by breathing it seems she is perceived as a threath, and so must be ridiculed.

Cindy, it’s the company that puts together those advertisements, not Ange herself. The clothing line itself is made to appear to people with money who likes the likes of classic. Don’t credit eveything, the good/bad, to Ange. In some aspects, this is her job. She gets paid to do what the company asked her to do.

maybe it’s the image that St. John wants, so Angelina has nothing to do with it, right? Now about her weight, i am sure she knows what’s best for her, its her body after all.

Anyone ever notices how Angie appears to try and protray the grace and quality images of Audrey Hepburn? Maybe it’s just me, but I kinda notice that about Angie. Don’t get me wrong, she is VERY stunning!! However, it’s hard to believe or to buy into her conservative profile; when years before she was half uncovered. I guess it illustrates her years of maturity, maybe? She does look elgant in the photo, but please honey eat something.
