There’s a new book out that apparently has an entire chapter on Jennifer Lopez. And what it says isn’t very flattering.
Author Richard Laermer has written 2011: Trendspotting for the Next Decade and has a chapter entitled “Jennifer Lopez’s Antics: The J Down Lo.”
One source quotes him as saying, “This woman has tried everything — no exaggeration: She’s been a movie star, a diva, a romantic comedian, a put-upon daughter, a lady from The Bronx, a married ‘mama,’ a half of a Hollywood duo …” as if these were not events in Jennifer’s life but rather PR moves.
He adds, “Honestly, there is something to be said for people like Lopez who think they are gods in fact getting a comeuppance from their fans.”
I believe this guy wanted to sell some books, so he chose one of the largest celebrities on the planet in order to do it. He’s riding Jennifer’s fame and trying to make a buck with saying negative things. Books like this don’t float my boat, but one thing is for certain, Jennifer will still be around ten years from now and this book will be in the half price bargain bin.
