I wonder if Dan and Olivia’s relationship is going to move to the next level on Gossip Girl? In a new clip from Monday, Oct. 26 episode of "How to Succeed in Bassness," Olivia (Hilary Duff) is caught with her “hand in the cookie jar” so to speak. Well, the cookie jar is a box of condoms.

Because Olivia Burke is a movie star, Gossip Girl finds the little tidbit on Perez Hilton’s gossip blog. Olivia is trying to have a normal girl-guy relationship with Dan (Penn Badgley).

Meanwhile, Olivia’s publicist – who Serena (Blake Lively) works with – isn’t so happy that Olivia may hook up with Dan. I guess she wants Olivia to be with her ex-boyfriend Patrick Roberts, who was Olivia’s co-star.
