A few months ago I mentioned Evermore was offering free downloads of their new single “Between the Lines.” Now the song’s been released officially, and we can see the film clip. It’s a new darker direction for the lads, and I’m not just talking about the CSI-style lighting in the music video! But a change is as good as a holiday, and their risk taking has really paid dividends here. I love it!

The video mix of the song is so much better than the MP3 version. It says on their MySpace blog they recorded the clip live in a single take, and the audio from the vid is the live mix. It’s a shame that version won’t be on the album!
Is it just me or are they looking are a lot like Silverchair, Neon Ballroom era?
Not just you at all Jay … I was thinking the same thing about the image. Maybe that live version will turn up as a B-side or something!
