A new trailer for THE EYE is out today and if gives us a better idea about what this movie entails. In general Sydney Wells (Jessica Alba), an accomplished Los Angeles violinist, has been blind since childhood. She undergoes a double corneal transplant, a surgery she has waited her whole life to have, and her sight is restored. After the surgery, neural ophthalmologist Dr. Paul Faulkner (Alessandro Nivola) helps Sydney with the difficult adjustment, and with the support of her older sister Helen (Parker Posey), Sydney learns to see again. However, her happiness is short-lived as unexplainable shadowy and frightening images start to haunt her…
When Sydney is told that it shouldn’t matter where her eyes came from, she begins to question when she starts seeing all sorts of crazy shit…

Looks great Jessica! Seems like her break out starring role. This is goin to be really scary it seems.
I can’t wait to see this film and I hope that it would be (at least) as good as the asian version which is one of my favs ever.
I really want to see this one!
