The CW has another new “TV to Talk About” promo featuring Gossip Girl as well as other CW shows, including upcoming show Life Unexpected.

This promo features Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick) “apologizing” to Blair (Leighton Meester) in complete Chuck style.
