Where did this position come from if there was a hiring freeze? Betty & Marc were initially told there were no positions open & the only way they could move up is if someone left...which happened when the features editor died..the position Betty got.The only position I think would be open is Betty's old one..being Daniel's assistant. I'm still confused as to position Matt has or did his dad create one for him?? I don't think he's only Betty's boss, but would he be in charge on a bigger scale which I don't think he's qualified for & Matt will make Betty's work life difficult & may use her as his guide to help him in his quest for success..
