“Next Day Air” Arrives in Theaters May 8th

Summit Entertainment & Melee Entertainment present the hilarious action-comedy “Next Day Air”, which will be released in theaters May 8, 2009.

The movie stars Donald Faison (Scrubs), Mike Epps (Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins), Wood Harris (The Wire), Omari Hardwick (Saved), Darius McCrary (Family Matters), Cisco Reyes, Emilio Rivera (Weeds), Debbie Allen (A Different World) and Mos Def (The Italian Job, 16 Blocks) and introducing Yazmin Deliz.

Donald Faison (who is hilarious!), plays Leo Jackson, a hapless delivery man who finds himself at the center of a drug deal gone horribly awry. Life isn’t really going so great for Leo. The man still lives at home, he just broke up with his co-worker girlfriend and he’s had so many complaints about his sloppy work, that his own mother is ready to fire him!

Leo isn’t about to let these few little details destroy his outlook on life. Nope, as long as he has plenty of weed, his troubles don’t seem to matter. Until, he accidentally delivers a box containing 10 kilos of high quality cocaine to the wrong apartment, which sparks a chain of events that could cost him his life.
