Joel Madden and Nicole Richie were spotted in Soho after having lunch at The Kitchen at the Mercer Hotel. Behind them are Lauren Conrad and her pal Whitney from ‘The Hills.’ I think it’s just a coincidence, but I’m not sure!

hey i actually saw them in soho yesterday… they were 100% with lauren conrad and whitney from the hills. they walked into replay and walked out together and then continued to walk down the street together while the paps followed them!
