Nicole Richie and Joel Madden had a baby girl early this evening at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, People is reporting.
The baby is named Harlow Winter Kate Madden and weighed in at a healthy 6lbs 7 oz.
I like the name Harlow, it’s unique but not too “out there”, you know? It fits Nicole and Joel perfectly!
“The beautiful healthy baby girl left the hospital with her ecstatic parents,” their rep confirmed.
The couple arrived at the hospital late Thursday evening. Her parents arrived early this morning and were there for the birth!
Congratulations Nicole and Joel! I hope your baby is happy and healthy!! I’m so excited to see the first pictures!

how is it they left two hrs after the baby was born? isn’t three days the minimum for a normal delivery, and even more for a csec? wow~

Congrats! Nicole and Joel make such an adorable couple. The baby will just be beautiful. Can’t wait to see pics of baby Harlow. Hope they got LOTS of rest before the baby was born though (speaking from experience of not getting enough rest! )

I used to be a huge fan of good charlotte back in the day when I was 16 and by the time I was 19 I grew up out of Good Charlotte!
I’ve never been a fan of Nicole Richie, or Paris Hilton for that matter and the only reason they are famous is because they gained fame and fortune off their families and did that show the simple life, on the show they acted ditzy and begged people for money all the time and whenever they had a job on the show they always acted so stupid and they got away with whatever they wanted just because of who they are and if any normal person had that kind of behavior at work they would lose their job in a second.
I think Joel would have been better off with Hilary Duff because atleast Hilary worked for her career and didn’t have everything handed to her like Nicole and Paris did!
^^ Uh… if only Hilary didn’t break up with Joel.
Anyway, I’m so happy for both of them, and I love how Harlow Winter Kate Madden flows together so nicely.
