Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are the cover story for this week’s issue of ‘Star Magazine.’ The gossipy tabloid suggests that Nicole is worried about having a premature baby and that her past drug use might affect the baby.
I am sure that she does have these concerns — what mother-to-be wouldn’t? — but I think Star has glorified them to promote sales.

I dont see how this is gonna last… i mean i dont get why Nicole is having a child, who she have to take care of, when she can even take care of herself… it’s just stupid…..
Agreed. These two just did not (and still don’t) know each other long enough or well enough to have a baby and get married. It’s an epidemic in this country. That’s why divorce rates are so high. People don’t take long enough to get to know each other before taking the leap. Then they wonder why they can’t get along. Duh. They didn’t know each other well enough to know if they COULD get along.
Not only that, but he’s emotionally stunted by a traumatic childhood and she’s been spoiled her whole life. Here you have two people who are basically children (though Joel seems a little more mature that she does) trying to be adult and do adult things. It’ll never work.
yeah since they first got together… me and my friends all new that i wouldent last….. the may and have kid… but that dont mean that its gonna be the two of them the rest of there lifes…. sorry
