Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and Tal grabbed some coffee and enjoyed a nice fall day on November 9th. I think Nicole looks cute in all black again. The scarf and the gold flats are nice touches.

That guy is Tal, he’s joel’s friend and business partner in DCMA

His name is Tal Cooperman and he is a co-owner of Joel and Benji’s clothing company DCMA along with their brother Josh.
