News just in – Nicole Richie is confirmed pregnant with Hilary Duff’s ex Joel Madden’s baby. And Joel Madden & Nicole Richie are set to get married.
She’s been avoiding questions and rumors for weeks, but recently Nicole Richie started to confess to friends that she really is pregnant. "Nicole didn’t want to tell anyone until she was past three months," a pal explains. "She really kept the news from everyone."
And a baby isn’t the only happy news. Nicole, 25, "is getting married this summer" to her boyfriend, Joel Madden, says an insider.
Joel, 28, who fronts the band Good Charlotte, seems excited about starting a new life with Nicole, too. "He kept talking about his fiancée," Guttermouth guitarist Donald Horne, whose band played with Joel’s in Quebec on June 29, tells In Touch. Joel also spoke about leaving LA, adds Donald. "He was talking about looking to settle down someplace nice and start a family," he says.
I really hope this doesn’t hurt Hilary…

Wow. Honeslty, I was surprised by it. Well its a shocker from Joel but Nicole…eh, I saw something comming.lol. But Joel changed ALOT! I use to adore him soooo much. But he just got too old so I stop. I’ve been a GC fan since the beginning and yea, things change. I mean, if you ever listen to their old stuff, he talked about how real he is and how he’s all poor. But now he talks about how rich he is and what he got. Kinda funny and sad at the same time. Whatever floats his boat. I still love him. Oh and I was reading the August eddition of Seventeen and Hilary talked about how Joel kinda disrepected her. Which is true. And I do think Joel is making a mistake with this but I guess he’s getting old and he really wants a family. But why Nicole??? lol. Oh, well I guess she’ll suprise us by being a wonderful mommy. I dont hate Nicole but I like Hilary better. And I’m glad Hilary is still working and staying happy. But wishes with Joel and Nicoles baby, you know? I hope she can carry it!! lol. [:
